What we collect

Account details (name, email), Tipsycheck session scores and game metrics, optional speech recordings/transcripts for Speech Analysis, and optional Morning After Memory photos/videos you choose to upload. Ride buddy contacts you add stay on your account for Get Home Safe.

How we use it

To run your digital sobriety test, show results, power Morning After Memory, process gifts/subscriptions (via Stripe), and send transactional email (sign-in, gifts). We do not sell your personal data.

Who sees what

Your scores and media are private to you. If someone gifts you Tipsycheck and leaves monthly updates on, they may receive a count of how many Tipsychecks you completed that month (e.g. “Alex used Tipsycheck 3 times in July 2026”) — never scores, times, location, or Morning After media. Accepting a gift includes that count-only update; Beneficiaries do not have a separate block control.

Retention

Report text (scores, speech transcripts) is kept about one year. Morning After photos/videos auto-delete after about three days unless a longer archive add-on applies. You can delete media sooner from your account tools.

Processors

We use trusted processors such as hosting (e.g. Render), email (Resend), payments (Stripe), and speech services (e.g. ElevenLabs) only as needed to provide Tipsycheck.
