1. What Tipsycheck is

Tipsycheck is a digital sobriety test and get-home-safe companion — a guided hand for safer decisions after drinking. It is offered by Amazica Holdings LLC for personal self-help, awareness, and entertainment only.

2. Not a legal or medical test

3. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older to use Tipsycheck. By using the service you confirm you meet that requirement.

4. Accounts & gifts

You are responsible for the email and account you use. Sponsors may gift access to Beneficiaries. Sponsors who leave monthly updates on may receive a completed Tipsycheck count only (never scores, times, location, media, or Morning After Memory). Accepting a gift includes that count-only update when the Sponsor enabled it; Beneficiaries do not control or block the update separately.

5. Subscriptions & refunds

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout (typically yearly). You can cancel through the customer portal or account tools we provide. Soft-launch refund and cancel policies are handled fairly — contact hello@tipsycheck.com if something went wrong.

6. Morning After Memory

Optional photos and short videos are private to you, deletable anytime, and auto-removed on our retention schedule unless a longer archive add-on applies. Do not upload content you do not have rights to share with yourself via our servers.

7. Third-party rides

Uber, Lyft, and similar links open third-party services. Their terms and availability apply. Tipsycheck is not a transportation provider.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer scoring for harmful purposes, harass others, or use Tipsycheck to justify unsafe driving. When in doubt, don't drive.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amazica Holdings LLC and Tipsycheck are not liable for decisions you make after using the app, including driving, rides, or other conduct. The service is provided “as is.”
